• You’ll also want to immediately wipe up spills (especially oil, wine, or acidic foods) to reduce staining risk.

• Over the long term, if the surface becomes dull or slightly worn, it's time to call a pro to clean, reseal, and polish the stone to refresh the finish.

• In short: once it’s installed, maintenance is relatively manageable compared to softer stones, but it’s not "set it and forget it."
